The abhishekam course is a more intricate form of puja involving more steps like learning how to bath your deities with additional mantras. This form of worship is unique and when done with love and devotion can lead one to realisation. After three months of practising abhishekam, one is eligible for the yagna course.
The abhishekam ritual itself represents one’s complete surrender to the Divine and is one of the most beautiful rituals that exists. It can really help bring one in tune with one’s chosen deity and bring one into communion with the Divine. The ritual brings benefit to yourself and all who are present during the ceremony and the surrounding space in which the ceremony takes place.
To participate in this course, it is recommended that you have ready:
- A complete puja + abishekam plate
- A murti of your chosen deity
The course includes a booklet with everything you need to know in order to conduct an abhishekam.
*To participate in the abhishekam course it is required that you have done the simple puja course and practiced simple puja for three months.
