Sri Yantra Painting Meditation

A Yantra is the most sacred geometry known to mankind, and is a very special energetic instrument for spiritual advancement. Sri Yantra is one of the oldest and most powerful symbols known to mankind. This is the supreme Yantra of the Divine Mother. All forms of Devi reside within it. It creates an aura of cosmic energy around the home where it is kept and worshipped.

Sri Yantra has a profound effect upon the person who draws, paints, or studies one. It is based on nine layers and each level has its own structure and secret wisdom hidden. Sri Yantra gives us a path to the Divine within.

The base of this 3 Hours Workshop is a simple, yet powerful Affirmation Meditation to tune into the nine steps of the Sri Yantra. Using these affirmations helps to focus your attention and open portals to the hidden knowledge found within this ancient wisdom tool.

No previous knowledge or skill is required, everyone from minimum age 15 years is welcome to join.

Painting Meditation

Participants will have the opportunity to colour a selection of various motifs. Additionally, the workshop provides an introduction to a range of art techniques, exploring materials such as coloured pencils, pastels, and watercolours, allowing you to uncover your own creative expression.

These three-hour workshops serve as introductory sessions, during which you can experience the calming practice of meditative painting in silence. No prior artistic experience is required.
