Chappan Bhog 2026

Govardhan Puja is the grandest celebration of the year at Shree Giridhari Dham, when our beloved Giridhariji lifts up Govardhan and protects us all!

On this auspicious occasion, we invite everyone to take part in the beautiful offerings to Giridhariji.

🍛 Chappan Bhog Offering – ₹1,008 per plate

When Lord Krishna lifted Govardhan Hill to protect the people of Vraj, He went without food for seven days. As He would normally eat eight meals a day, the devotees lovingly prepared 56 dishes to offer Him in gratitude for His divine protection. This beautiful tradition, known as Chappan Bhog, continues today as an expression of love and devotion.

🌺 Kalash Puja – ₹3,000

Take part in the sacred Kalash Puja and offer your prayers to Giridhariji for yourself and your loved ones. You may include up to 5 additional names in your offering.

At Shree Giridhar Dham, where Giridhariji eternally holds Govardhan Hill on His little finger, Govardhan Puja is our main festival. We want to offer the best prasad to Him on this auspicious day. Everyone is welcome to participate. ✨
