This weekend we will host devotees from around India and celebrate Guruji with puja, classes and sharing of expericences.

Meaning of Guru Purnima

Guru Purnima is an annual festival that is celebrated by Hindus in honor of their spiritual teachers or gurus. The word “guru” means “teacher”, and “Purnima” refers to the full moon which typically falls in July or August.

2:00 PM – Saint museum story telling – vrindavan Ishwari dasi, Bhuteshwor, Nitya Prem
4:30 PM – Vrindavan temple tour

9:00 PM – Arati

Yagna – guru Gita yagna – swami
9:00 AM – Breakfast

12:00 PM – Guru Gita with Swamini

3:00 PM – Bhagavad Gita about the Guru Swāmī Ranga
4:30 PM – Om chanting
6:00 PM – Prayers, bhajans and sharing
