Paramahamsa Vishwananda will be here in Vrindavan to celebrate with us one of the most popular Hindu festival celebrated all over India as well as the world:Diwali!
Diwali or Deepawali, is also known as the “Festival of Lights”. The word “Deepawali” consists of two words: “Deep” for “light”, and “avali” for “a row”. Hence, “Deepawali” means “a row of lights”. It is believed that Maha Lakshmi Herself follows this row of lights to enter the house. This is why we keep the doors open and light up the candles for Her.
The cherished tradition of illuminating one’s home with lights has an important spiritual meaning: the awareness of the inner light, and the attainment of health, wealth, knowledge, peace and prosperity.
So let’s light up the way for Maha Lakshmi to enter our heart and let’s enhance the flame of our devotion with our most beloved Satguru Paramahamsa Vishwananda!
We kindly request the guests to take care of their own accomodation and food.
