Swamini Vishwamohini was born, studied and started her spiritual journey in South Africa. Being already involved in spiritual practices for some years, she finally met her Guru Paramahamsa Shri Swami Vishwananda in 2006.
From the first minutes of seeing Shri Swami Vishwananda she felt such a strong connection and love towards him that it changed her life completely. Though her children were still young, she answered her Gurudev’s call and very soon took the vows of brahmacharini devoting her life solely to God. At the age of 45 the new stage of traveling and spreading the message of unconditional love started for her.
In February 2012 Paramahamsa Vishwananda initiated her into Swamini. First as a brahmacharini and now as a Swamini, she has travelled in Africa, India and Europe and conducted countless Satsangs, Yagnas, Atma Kriya Yoga courses and all kinds of meetings with the devotees. Her sincerity, authenticity and straightforward manner of talking as well as absolutely outstanding love for her Guru and God captivates all kinds of people, no matter where and how they are coming from.
Her only goal is that Gurudev’s will and love might always flow through her. That is how her presence and guidance helps people to transform themselves and feel their divinity. She says, what is lacking nowadays in humanity is honesty towards ourselves and that is what stopping people from changing and from loving God naturally. This honesty is only possible, when one does not judge oneself or anybody else. With her help whoever comes to Shree Giridhar Dham receives the blessing of seeing the truth about themselves without being judged.
Bhakti Marga has a Board of Appointed Swamis and Swaminis who have been chosen by Paramahamsa Vishwananda to manage and nurture the international development of the Bhakti Marga mission and community. Swamini Vishwamohini is one of the Board of 12 internationally recognised Swamis. With Gurudev’s Grace, she established the Shree Giridhar Dam Ashram, where she currently resides and is responsible for the development, growth and activities of Bhakti Marga in India.
